SkyBridge UAV Academy is a Canadian drone education and professional training organization based in Ontario.
We provide structured drone programs for youth, adults, recreational pilots, commercial operators, schools, businesses and public-sector organizations. Our programs combine aviation knowledge, regulatory education, technical instruction and supervised flight training, helping learners progress from their first drone experience to advanced certification and professional applications.

We believe drone education should go beyond simply learning how to operate an aircraft. Through structured instruction and hands-on experience, students develop technical knowledge, safety awareness, problem-solving skills and the confidence required for responsible drone operations.

What We Do
Youth STEM Education
We use drones as an engaging introduction to science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Through after-school programs, summer camps and project-based learning, students explore aviation, robotics, electronics, aircraft design, programming, 3D printing, digital media and creative problem-solving.
Drone Pilot Training and Certification
We support learners preparing for Transport Canada drone pilot certification and advanced operating requirements. Our training covers Basic Pilot, Advanced Pilot, Flight Review and Level 1 Complex Operations, together with aviation regulations, airspace, weather, navigation, emergency procedures and operational risk management.
Practical Flight Training
Hands-on instruction is an essential part of our teaching approach. Students develop confidence through supervised exercises covering aircraft setup, pre-flight inspections, takeoff and landing, orientation control, precision flying, emergency response and safe post-flight procedures.
Aerial Photography and Professional Applications
We help learners apply drone technology in aerial photography, digital media, construction, engineering, surveying, mapping and other commercial environments. Training combines creative flight techniques with the safety and operational responsibilities required for professional drone use.

Community & Industry Engagement
SkyBridge participates in school activities, community events, drone demonstrations, competitions and introductory flight experiences. These programs give students, families and members of the public an opportunity to explore drone technology in a safe and supervised environment.
